Habitar lo vulnerable. Estudio del sufrimiento ambiental del barrio Colina II Sector de la localidad Ciudad Bolívar.
Abstract
Este trabajo busca comprender el sufrimiento ambiental del barrio Colina II Sector, a partir de 1. las nociones de producción del espacio y riesgo socio ambiental, en tanto apuntan a entender los enclaves urbanos de pobreza como producto productor de las relaciones sociales de producción capitalista, desiguales y dominantes, y 2. A partir de los sentidos y significados que las comunidades, en este caso el barrio Colina II dan a habitar un territorio contaminado y relegado socio espacialmente. Se toma como apuesta metodológica la observación vulnerable de Ruth Behar, en tanto permite poner énfasis en la emocionalidad que implica investigar y habitar en un contexto agreste.
Abstract
This work seeks to understand the environmental suffering of the Colina II Sector neighborhood, based on 1. the notions of production of space and socio-environmental risk, while aiming to understand urban enclaves of poverty as a product of social relations of capitalist production, unequal and dominant, and 2. Based on the senses and meanings that the communities, in this case the Colina II neighborhood, give to inhabiting a contaminated and socially relegated territory. The vulnerable observation of Ruth Behar is taken as a methodological commitment, as it allows emphasizing the emotionality involved in investigating and living in a wild context.
