Abstract
La emergencia de las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles en Colombia atraviesa por una serie de circunstancias que configuran la atención del paciente crónico. Pues, la presencia de diferentes discursos en torno al manejo que se le ha dado a la enfermedad crónica permite configurar la subjetividad del paciente por medio de ciertos “ideales”. Por ello, ámbitos como el de la política y la economía se relacionan para la implementación de discursos que terminan por instalarse en la gobernabilidad del estado colombiano.
Por tanto, el sujeto-paciente es oyente de unos saberes que articula en su cotidianidad y que influyen principalmente en el cuerpo en donde se localizan diversas manifestaciones de enfermedad.
Abstract
The emergence of chronic non-communicable diseases in Colombia is going through a series of circumstances that shape the care of the chronic patient. Well, the presence of different discourses around the management that has been given to chronic disease allows configuring the subjectivity of the patient by means of certain "ideals". For this reason, areas such as politics and the economy are related to the implementation of discourses that end up being installed in the governance of the Colombian state.
Therefore, the subject-patient is a listener of knowledge that he articulates in his daily life and that mainly influences the body where various manifestations of disease are located.
