Este artículo trabaja la relación teatro e historia. Aborda el paso del mundo antiguo al concepto de modernidad como posibilidades para entender las transformaciones del discurso teatral: el devenir de la tragedia clásica griega en los géneros teatrales del medioevo y la ruptura del teatro de la Modernidad que pone como centro al sujeto. La transición del pensar teológico a la subjetividad como criterio.
Abstract
This paper deals with the relationship between Theatre and History. Therefore, it addresses the process of transformation that leads from the Old World to the Renaissance and the very concept of modernity as a possibility to understand the transformation of the discourse within the scenic arts: the evolution of classical Greek tragedy into medieval theater genres and the breaking point of modern theater, which places the human subject at its very center. It means the transition from theological thought to subjectivity as an existential approach.
