Mujeres, inspiración y paralimpismo.
Abstract
Mujeres, inspiración y paralimpísmo es una investigación realizada desde la narración de atletas paralímpicas que representan a Bogotá en los deportes de para ciclismo, goalball y para powerlifting; deportistas que a través de sus historias de vida han descrito sus procesos y transformaciones desde la niñez hasta este momento de la investigación. Son mujeres que han nacido y adquirido sus discapacidades de diferentes maneras: de nacimiento o adquiridas o por secuela de una enfermedad, y que además han decidido practicar deporte de rendimiento.
La investigación tiene como objetivo, analizar el impacto que genera el deporte paralímpico en mujeres que representan a la liga de discapacidades físicas y visual de Bogotá a través de sus historias de vida, de esta manera se realizaron entrevistas a tres atletas que representan a Bogotá en competencias deportivas.
Abstract
Women, Inspiration and Paralimpism is an investigation carried out from the narration of Paralympic athletes who represent Bogotá in the sports of cycling, goalball and powerlifting; athletes who through their life stories have described their processes and transformations from childhood to this moment of research. They are women who were born and acquired their disabilities in different ways: from birth or acquired or due to illness, and who have also decided to practice performance sports.
The objective of the research is to analyze the impact that Paralympic sport generates on women who represent the league for physical and visual disabilities of Bogotá through their life stories, in this way, interviews were conducted with three athletes representing Bogotá in sports competitions.
